  4. SLEEP AT LEAST 7 TO 8 HOURS AND EAT LESS

    A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition 91:
    1550, 2010 and Clinical Endocrinology Metabolism 95: 2963, 2010
    showed that when 12 healthy young lean men were allowed to sleep for
    4 to 8 hours in a laboratory, after one night of four hours of sleep,
    the men ate 22% more calories the next day then the ones who were
    allowed to sleep for eight hours. They also reported more hunger before
    breakfast and dinner.

  5. RESVERATROL CAN REV UP METABOLISM AND PROMOTE WEIGHT LOSS

    A recent study published in the BMC Physiology Journal showed that
    after four weeks of resveratrol supplementation, there was a
    significant decrease in mouse lemurs food intake along with a
    reduction in the body-mass normally experienced in winter months.

  9. LOW VITAMIN B6 CAN INCREASE YOUR RISK OF PARKINSON’S DISEASE

    A study published in the British Journal of Nutrition stated that a lack of vitamin B6 in the diet may increase your risk of Parkinson’s disease by a whopping 50%. These low levels would only occur in those who do not take vitamin supplements. The study was published in the March 2010 edition of the British Journal of Nutrition 26:1-8.

    Harvard University researchers have found that eating red meat may not be as bad for your heart as previously thought. Unfortunately cured meat is much more harmful, even if eaten in small amounts. Cured meats such as bacon, hot dogs, and other processed meat can substantially increase your risk of heart disease and diabetes.
